Title: Changes in base Python modules and / or base API of the Plugins

Q. If the API of the cloud service changes, will the standard module (Plugin) be updated as well? Are you handling errors such as being unable to connect to the cloud service?

A.  As you pointed out, each Plugin in our toolbox may use the API of different companies or multiple Python solutions. Our patent-pending technology is ACTiVE. (Automated Continuous Testing for Intelligent Virtual Environment);which is a continuous test. Each Plugin is continuously tested on our server side, and if there is an update of API or dependent module, we will detect the case of backward incompatibility and notify you.

We also offer an option called FiPy (Fixed Python) depending on the customer's request. It is an option to forcibly create an environment where updates do not occur by storing dependent modules on a specific server. Regarding the error via API, each service returns various errors such as insufficient parameters from the case where the connection cannot be established. In response, you can design any error handling using the "Return Code (0-99)" that we just introduced.
