Title: Tesseract error message in STU when using OCR and/or Text Match operations.


Q.  What should I do when Tesseract returns an error message "Not initialized TesseractEngine"?


A. Please try below 1 to 4


1)  Just check if the filesize of traineddata files in the "%appdata%\tesseract trained data" path is 0kb.
2) No need to have Tesseract app installed
3) Send STU log back to ARGOS Customer Success Team (click here to know how to send STU log)
4) If it is not a problem with the traineddata file, the problem usually occurs because the library file cannot be referenced. In many cases, it is resolved by retrying the option menu of OCR operation or re-running STU several times.
