1. Define User Variables in Bot.

  • From the main menu, go to Settings, and click on User Variable in Scenario.

1. Click the cogwheel to open Group Manager window.

2. Type the Group name. Group name must be unique in one bot.

3. Make sure to click [+] to add to the list window.

4. Make sure to click OK otherwise it does not get registered.

1. Select the Group Name of your choice.

2. Type the variable name of your choice.

3. Click the [+] button.

4. If you wish the variable to be array, check this box.

5. Finally, make sure to click OK before you close the window.

  • First select your User Variable.

2. Click and highlight the variable you desire to store your data in.

3. Variable name shows here.

4. Actual variable notation shows here. You can type this notation anywhere in your bot to refer to this variable.



  • Second select your input source.

  • : Use this pull-down menu to select the input source.
  • Input source:
    Text = direct input from the [Input Value] box.
    Clipboard = Windows clipboard (Ctrl + C).
