Title: The Excel plugins does not read my CSV file.
Q. What can I do when my Excel plugins does not read my CSV?
A. Check the encoding format (character set) of your CSV file. If your Excel plugin gives you an error (usually Return Code 9) when reading your CSV, you may want to check if the CSV file complies with the character encoding format of UTF-8. ARGOS Excel plugins take CSVs with UTF-8. When you receive the error message with Return Code 9, you may break to a pre-processing function that has a [Convert Character Set] plugin which reformats your CSV file to be taken as input by the Excel plugins.
