1. PAM Overview

  • Name: The name of user created when registering PAM.
  • MAC: The MAC address(Physical Address) of PAM.

  • Status:  You can check Enabled or Unabled status.

  • Last Check: You can check last connection time with PAM and Supervisor.

  • Action: You can delete or modify PAM. 

2. Add new PAM 

There are two ways to add directly from Supervisor, and add it by running a PAM.

2-1. Add in Supervisor


PAM Filter (In Use /Paused)

Add PAM manually by clicking '+ Add' button of 'PAM' menu.

  1. Name: Enter a PAM name.
  2. MAC: Enter the physical address of the PC where the PAM was installed.
  3. Check or uncheck 'Enabled' to enable or disable the PAM.

     How to find the MAC address on my computer?

    A MAC (Media Access Control) address is a unique ID assigned to every internet-connected machine that allows it to be identified when connected to a specific network.

    To find the MAC address on your Windows computer:

      1. Click on the Start menu in the bottom-left corner of your computer. Select Run or type cmd into the search bar at the bottom of the Start menu to bring up the command prompt.
      2. Type ipconfig /all (note the space between the g and /).
      3. The MAC address is listed as series of 12 digits, listed as the Physical Address (e.g 00:00:00:a1:2b:cc).  Each network adapter (wireless, Ethernet, etc.) has a separate MAC address.

    To find the MAC address on your Apple computer:

      1. Choose System Preferences from the Apple menu.
      2. Select Network.  
      3. Choose Airport for the wireless adapter MAC and click Advanced (the MAC address is listed as Airport ID).  
      4. Choose Built-in Ethernet and click Advanced and Ethernet (listed as Ethernet ID) for the network cable adapter MAC.
  4. Click 'Save'. 

2-2. Add in PAM running

After installing PAM, run it to add it. you add a PAM here, it is automatically registered with Supervisor.
(question) How to Install ARGOS PAM?

  1. Right click on PAM's icon.


3. Click 'Register ARGOS PAM'.


4. Enter the same email with your supervisor account and a PAM name. Click 'Submit'.


3. Change and delete PAM information

  • The Edit icon allows you to edit PAM information.
  • The Delete icon allows you to delete PAM.

  • After modifying the registered PAM information, click 'Save' or 'Delete'.
